Newbie in 7 Stanes territory

I'm new to mountain biking, and live in Troon, only just over an hour from 5 of the 7 Stanes sites. I've ridden a few blue runs so far, and am planning on giving the reds a try.

Anyone want to hook up for some weekend or evening biking at the 7 Stanes?

    Hi Zoe,

    I'd love to but I live in Yorkshire! Shame as Scotland rocks for MTB trails. Try the Glentress red. Its an easy one as they go. lots of berms and flowing track. I think you'll enjoy it.
