more cracked carbon

Obviously been lots of stress around this area, and what looks to be a crack. Is this a binner?
Frame is a reef carbon racing, been stripped and refinished once,is it worth another go.Only saving grace is it's a nice light weight

You might be able to patch it...
But FWIW, I don't think it's worth the effort a second time around...
