Seatpost shims - where can I get them from?

Hi there,
Does anyone know where I can get a seatpost shim from?
I'm looking at a shim that will fill out either a 27.2 to a 31.6 or a 29.4 to a 31.6 in my efforts to find a nice, within budget and light seatpost.
