    It's a good thing... so long as they keep these rules in place for some time. To often they've tried to set up a calendar and selection criteria only for it to fall apart.

    This is something the UCI could actually get right... but it only takes a McQuaid broadside to upset ASO or another player and the whole thing will fall apart.

    The UCI are incapably of running anything smoothly.

    It must be Article 73 (b) in their constitution.
