Just got my Garmin 305 Edge back from Garmin, after being repaired. Plugged it into the laptop and automatically selected to receive the data from the device. No data. It's been cleared out. The GPS has just wiped all of the data I'd got stored for my last 2.5 years riding.

Not happy...

Bummer - but it seems to be a 'known problem'. Check out the Garmin forum troubleshooting section - there might be some salvation there . . .
