Can you then post a link to flikr, photobucket ect?
Carbon can sometimes be repaired if it's not too terminal. And now you know, and knowing is half the battle

Can you feel it with your fingernail?, because then its probably a scratch or crack in the laquer. I doesn't look like a crack in the frame, and it's unlikely to crack there, as it is not quite in the join. And now you know, and knowing is half the battle

i cant feel it with my finger nail i'm afraid, however it does look cosmetic.
i'd like to get some advice jst in case.
i've read multiple forums and there seems to be a lot of talk of carbon cracking, i thought it might be jst in the laquer but wasnt sure if this is possible?
to be honest had i not serviced the bike at the weekend i'd of never known about it.....0 -
I' still say its the laquer, but it might be best to take it into an LBS to see what they say.And now you know, and knowing is half the battle

LBS will probably just tell you to keep an eye on it.
It does look to me like a scratch, but if you're worried then either measure it or mark the ends and check it occasionally to see if its growing.More problems but still living....0 -
Looks like a scratch to me too, it,s not even the right shape for a crack... who said that, internet forum people ?0
