Water inside my rims

Anyone know why my (Open Pro) rims are filling up with water in wet weather, or how to stop it happening?
I left the wheels with the valve at the bottom overnight, which seems to have allowed them, to drain, but it must still be quite damp inside. Can't be good for them, especially when the water starts getting salty in the next month or two.
Rims are brand new, I only built the wheels a couple of weeks ago...

Happened to a few of my bikes - usually a loose spoke nipple or loose valve stem. You will get a bit in from time to time....
