as winter and the dark nights are getting close i was thinking about painting my bike i will be taking my time with it but not 100% sure what paint to use iv used rattle cans for years and never done a bad job as i take my time with the prep work.
been told plasti-kote is good for bike frames as it drys hard and shiny but i will use lacquer to make sure its hard also whats hammer rite like ????.
the frame is polished at the min so there will be a lot of work keying the surface and priming.
any paint info would be helpfull.
thanks.

Alloy frame?
You may want to use an etch primer like I use on alloy wheels (UPol brand) but not sure about it's use on bike frames.0 -
Andy yes it s alloy frame and was etch primer i was going to use but as you said im not sure if its any good on frame. i have used filler primer a long time ago (very long time ago) and was ok but was on steel.0
