£40 is very cheap for bike fitting. I've used them for repairs and they were good - same day hub re-grease after it started making some weird noises.

Just had a fitting at Le Beau Velo, Shoreditch, which was superb. More expensive but I can't recommend them highly enough - the bike fitter Giuseppe is Italian and looks after the national team, but still managed to make a complete amateur like me feel comfortable. And they have some serious bike porn in there - mmmm, Viner...
