Just absent-mindedly cracked open a Kit-Kat Chunky before realising it was my second one this afternoon :shock:

thats terrible, as an example of how bad it is I might have to eat another Twix fino, just to show you the consequences young man. I dont want to eat it but I can assure you its for your own good

Psh, last year when we were all driving 2 hours to and from work in the same motor we always stopped off a a petrol garage on the way home that did 3 choco bars for a quid. Over a full week I was getting something like 5000% of my weekly sugar RDA. :S
