Should I increase travel from 80mm to 100mm?

I have a Kona Kula Duluxe 29er (2008) with Rockshox Reba SL forks. They are set to 80mm but can be set to 100mm travel. I read a review of a new model Kona 29er (which has Fox forks fitted) and the reviewer suggested that 100mm would have been better. I also believe Kona are introducing 100mm as an option on a new model (I think that was what was said on the same article).
Any thoughts? Pros/Cons? Most of my riding is on trails at the moment - Lee & Cragg quarry, Llandegla, Cannock etc with some natural stuff and some easy stuff with my wife.

Can't really think of any significant con's, and you may find the extra travel is noticeable around places like Lee/Cragg
Best thing to do is 'Suck it and See' ... set your forks to 100mm and see what you think0 -
Next question - how do I do that? Is it an LBS jobby of fairly straightforward?Santa Cruz Tallboy0

I'll take a look. Would I need to remove the forks from the bike?Santa Cruz Tallboy0

Ok, thanks. That means more tools! I might get the LBS to do it but then again I am quite enjoying the tinkering.Santa Cruz Tallboy0
