Impossible !!!
Pro's are the best i have used so far and keep your feet warm and dry for the 1st hr, but if its wet enough water always finds a way in ... IMOhttp://www.parker-international.co.uk/13491/Pro-Tarmac-H20-Overshoes---Black.html0 -
Just re-read this, apologise I made same mistake as Phil S ... assuming you mean overshoes.
Sorry can't help on shoes only0 -

But I was fine last winter with just overshoes although I didn't go out when it was chucking it down. Even with full on Goretex lined shoes your feet can still get wet as it goes in through the top (unless you tape them which I don't imagine is too comfy), your feet should stay warm though which is the important thing.0 -
I really need a new pair of overshoes, I've got some Alturas, they're better than nothing, but after a long ride heavy rain, going through puddles my shoes are wet (not soaked through, socks dry just shoes) Also need something warm too, over christmas my overshoes didn't provide any warmth.Say... That's a nice bike..
Trax T700 with Lew Racing Pro VT-1 ;-)0 -
I decided to by some waterproof boots last year, the wet was not much of a problem, but my feet quickly get cold to the point of unpleasantness.
The Sidis are a work of beauty, but I couldn't find them for less than £160. I went for the Shimano RW 80 which I found for£90. http://www.probikekit.com/display.php?code=F4013
Best to use them with a pair of thick socks, take your socks with you when you go to try them on.0 -
Endura do some good thick overshoes (like a wetsuit)
Pretty water proof and warm(ish) with good socks
Water can get in - down the top or up through the cleat holes, but overall these are pretty good.
You could also get some waterproof socks - sealskins... must train harder0
