Maintanence course

Need to learn some basic maintanence stuff..... Can anyone recomend a good place to get a maintanence course booked in at near Nottingham/Derby??

I'd have a look at Sheldon Brown and Park Tools website first. Buy a toolkit and have a go! These courses can be expensive, and don't always teach you much.0

You can certainly learn a lot off the web but I have done a maintenance course and do recommend it. I went with these guys a few years ago

and got a lot out of the course. You strip and rebuild your own bike and it gave me the confidence to take on lots more.0 -

They do, although quite basic well worth doing if like me you know next to nothing.....Nicolai CC0
