Cracked Ti Seat tube - welder required

I had a GT Ti bike circa 10 years old. Its a great bit of kit coming in at circa 14lbs fully laden with DA kit. I picked it up for a song 2nd hand last summer and have ever since been plugging the miles on.

Unfortunately the frame (seat post) cracked on me and I'm buggered if its going to the bin that quickly. The real problem I am finding is that very few people in the UK repair Ti. Does anyone know of anyone who could do this or alternatively do a frame rebuild
