Disc calipers: Post mount to IS conversion?

HI folks,
Im currently running OE RS D*rt 3 forks with Avid Jucy 3 brakes (post mount) I am in the process of upgrading to Rebas that are i believe IS mounts. i have also bought some Carbon Cycles rigid forks also IS mount where can i get adapter plates?
