novice rider looking for second hand bike

I checked some second hand bikes online and came up with 3 different bikes. But I am not sure what i ment to look for apar from the frame size which all fits me properly (road tested at Evans).
So I would like your help, I mainly will be using this bike for racing.

You can race on any of those bikes.
However, they can all be used for commuting, leisure riding and even going to the pub.
