1. Remember your waterproof as when there's a sudden torrential downpour that you can hear coming towards you through the trees you're gonna get we without it.

2. When following another MX trail that you've just found, be prepared for pain, for example a 90 degree turn followed by a 20 foot 45 degree slope that ends with a fallen tree may have a large drop over the crest. Falling off this will hurt.

Was quite amusing though, I just sat at the bottom in a big pile of pine needles and twigs thinking I'm glad there's a dent in my Hex and not my head. There's not much technical stuff like this in Suffolk.

I just missed getting caught in a thunderstorm, bike shouldn't take too much cleaning now.

i was following a sort of usual trail** earlier and thought "I don't remember it being like this". Thats because i was heading down a slippery bank where they have cut some trees down and into a stream. Didn't come off but punctured my Racing Ralf that was only put on this morning.

** Usually only go there from Oct to March.
