Wye valley

Going on some canoeing weekend in a couple of weeks to wye valley. Going to take the bike as I've been told there's stoner decent riding round there. Anyone familiar got any tips?

Yeah, hit the forest of dean cycle centre. Theres a red route xc trail, a number of down hill routes and a 10 mile family route. You can hire bikes at www.peddleabikeaway.co.uk and there is even an uplift service. The cycle centre is about 30 mins from Tintern or Monmouth.

We are working hard on improving the routes all the time (all voluteers)

Well worth the visit. The riding is free although you pay £3.50 parking at the cycle centre which goes towards maintaining the trails.
