Good for salads and just eaten uncooked.

Diificult to make it taste nice cooked, though it seems to work in Asian dishes and with ricotta in pasta.

Very large saucepan, olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic garlic, as much spinach as you can handle. Get the pan very hot, pour in 10ml or so of oil, when the oil starts to smoke, throw in the garlic followed immediately by the spinach. Stir like b*ggery for a few seconds so that the leaves can't stick, serve immediately. Takes about 1 minute total cooking time.

Eggs Florentine is one of the most delicious brunches known to man, and iceberg lettuce is banned in my house. Baby leaf spinnach, vine ripened toms, freshly cooked smoky bacon bits and a vinagarette dressing is unbeatable.

    Oo I love food.

Thank heavens for the bike otherwise I'd be back to the 15 stone of 2007 instead of the rock crushing buttocked example of manliness I am today.
