Good for salads and just eaten uncooked.
Diificult to make it taste nice cooked, though it seems to work in Asian dishes and with ricotta in pasta.0 -

Very large saucepan, olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic garlic, as much spinach as you can handle. Get the pan very hot, pour in 10ml or so of oil, when the oil starts to smoke, throw in the garlic followed immediately by the spinach. Stir like b*ggery for a few seconds so that the leaves can't stick, serve immediately. Takes about 1 minute total cooking time.Bike/Train commuter: Brompton S2L - "Machete"

Eggs Florentine is one of the most delicious brunches known to man, and iceberg lettuce is banned in my house. Baby leaf spinnach, vine ripened toms, freshly cooked smoky bacon bits and a vinagarette dressing is unbeatable.

doesn't taste of anything.....just a crunch then nothing.
I prefer a more peppery leaf...
we grow our own stuff these days....
currently got:
Spinach, Rocket, Lambs Leaf, radishes, carrots, onions, 3 varieties of tatters, tomatoes,neeps are in, plus the herb garden
