halo hex skewers and horizontal dropouts

how do you stop them moving tightening them up massively doesnt help for long. then im back to slack chain followed by off chain closely followed by faceplant

thought about both of them. the skewers in quesiton have a little tab on them that stops them turning in the dropout might have to cut a matching tab in some tugs though. a bolted axel is sort of oput of the question as the hub is relatively new and i dont reall want to mess round with it while its got a bit of warranty left
