Having trouble deciding on handlebars

Right my budget is between £45-£75 and below are what I need.
31.8mm
660-680mm actual width
20-30mm rise
Can be carbon or alu, and must be a decent looking set of bars, lighters the better too

Just bought a mid rise set of these (30mm rise) 31.8 685 wide. Not the lightest but very nice, they just work, really nice position and at £28 are a bit of a bargain.0 -

After seeing a set of Answer pro Taper even though they were over budget i decided to go for them, and they are lovely.
