Stem mounting safety lights?

Anyone got any recommendations for a front light which will mount to my stem instead of to the handlebars?
I've found this one:

Looking for other options. Cheaper would be great. No more expensive than that.

What about using a bar extender i.e.

And they you have a full choice of any handlebar mounted lights!

The other options (depending on the light) are to fit a front light bracket that attaches to the fork crown, like this:

or to the steerer or headset, like this:
