    Good effort Steve!

Bex, you've been getting some good results yourself!
  • We've both got a good coach

Thank you very much Bex, like NapD has said, you haven't done too bad yourself, especially last Sunday with the comp record  .

Happy with the win, and my performance, but a little disappointed with the time if I am honest. It was a very tough day, probably tougher than the National 100, but was hoping for a sub 1:47 to get into the top 12 of the BBAR, still 13th in my second season is nothing to be disappointed with in truth.

Like you say having a great coach helps

Well, It wasn't an easy day - the drag back from the eastern end was even more dispiriting than usual on there.

I was in the "even with coaching you can't turn a donkey into a racehorse" category with my 2:03:01. Still, 41sec improvement on my previous pb wasn't to be sniffed at so I'm not unhappy

Great result, was a tough day so I heard, what with the headwind.

I was marshalling, my first for the club, hope I did a good job
