Budget Bike - Coyote Minnesota

Hi all,
I am looking to buy a bike for about £200. Having read the forum it seems that the best value is the Carrera Vulcan or Decathlon Rockrider 5.2 OR a discounted bike from the LBS.
I have found this Coyote Minnesota (it's an 09) at my LBS for £230 (rrp£340).
The big advantage I can see is disc brakes for an extra £30 but I was wondering if any one had any expereince of these bikes or how they thought the rest of the spec compared to the Vucan or Rockrider or a Giant Boulder (v brake) for £220.
Spec for Coyote Minnesota;
FRAME: Lightweight alloy tubing, Hydroformed down tube, Semi integrated head tube, rear disc mount.
FORK: Suntour suspension fork with adjuster and disc mount.
GEARS: Shimano Acera 24 speed, with Shimano EZ-Fire STI levers and Shimano 8 speed cassette freewheel.
CHAINSET: Shimano FCM-191 Triple chainset with a chainring chainguard and cartridge BB set.
WHEELS: Alloy double wall 32 hole black rims, Alloy Quick release Disc hubs.
TYRES: Kenda 26” x 2.10” all black tyres.
BRAKES: Clarks mechanical disc brakes and Shimano alloy levers.
STEERING: Oversize alloy Ahead stem and ATB Riser handlebars.
SADDLE: WTB Rocket V Comp saddle with Micro adjust seat post.
FEATURES; Steel cage pedals.
FRAME SIZE: 18", 20" & 22”
COLOUR: Black frame and fork.
Thanks
Rich

It is a decent buy. You aren't going to get a fork that will set the world on fire at this price, but has a good drivetrain and some decent parts.0

Thanks Supersonic.
Which would you go £200 for the Vulcan or £230 for the Minnesota?
(I've sat on both and equally comfortable)
Cheers

Vulcan Disc, if you can.0
