I train better on my own so I always ride alone, I see guys out cycling in two's and three's and they are sitting up chatting away, hardly breaking a sweat, I prefere to get my head down and ride intervals.

My motivation is that I am out on my bike, I am gutted if for some reason i.e. injury or weather stops me riding, I love being in the saddle getting the miles in.

As for your 7 miles.....................have you considered taking up knitting :lol:

You said 'run', so you went for a run? A 7 mile run is nothing to sniff at.
  • i was on the cider all day yesterday at the pub,so i think that had something to do with it,also it went straight after my work [postman] my legs were a wee bit sore from my shift, just want to get back in the swing of things,do you guys go every day or every other day?
