coed trawllm
anyone ridden there? i've booked a farmhouse there for the GF's 30th birthday and she's asked if i was taking the bike and i said no. she's now told me to take the bike as there's a trail centre there (i knew this before booking but didn't want to let her know)
so now me and a few mates are taking the bikes and the ladies can drink wine and chat about shopping or whatever as we ride. anyone got any advice?

Not ridden there myself.
Looks pretty compact, blue/red/black runs combined are 14km total length, so you'll be round the whole lot in a couple of hours or so.

If you're in the area, a bit further South East-ish is the Doethie Valley - there's some great singletrack here if you can find details of some routes.[/url]0 -
cheers anyway, we're gonna be doing the coed trawllm trail centre, i was just wondering if anyone had actually been there?
i've never met anyone, i think it's a mythical made up place0 -
While your down that way I would head over to Rhayader and try some natural trails around the Elan Valley, superb scenery and a great sense of remoteness if you go up onto the Cambrian Mountains. Excellent Welsh Mountain Biking.
have a look at this loop - http://www.mtbbritain.co.uk/rhayader_round_route.html1nca0 -

yeah i've stayed in rhayader a few times with work and it is really nice around there. never had my bike there though. i'll have to take it next time0 -
I've been to the trail centre there - I did a beginner course there. It's quite small and there isn't much to it, but it's nice single track. Unless they have developed it more since I went, it's not very technical.
The cafe is nice thoughhttp://i556.photobucket.com/albums/ss9/ ... lurLT2.jpg
