    upload it somewhere then put [ img ] before the URL and [ /img ] after

    remove the spaces between the square brackets though

    if you use a hosting site such as www.tinypic.com then after it's uploaded it will even give you the img codes needed; all you need to do is select the link, copy and paste it into a post
