  • Good Morning Freaks. :D

    I'm with Garfield today...

Ride in was surprisingly swift this morning.

I will be spending the day sorting out other people's problems. I shall set my minimum brige level at "Coffee and bacon roll" methinks...

Work started at 3 am this morning with an emergency call, from a site I don't even look after, which took over 2 hours to resolve.

    Morning all.

Not feeling too bad this morning despite the weekend's exertions. Might go again tonight :)
  • Alright all,

Run out of bike vids yesterday, and still injured so I need suggestions of bike vids with the quality and production of Seasons. Bring them on!
  • I just got a raise. Not a huge one, something like an extra hundred a month. Apparently it's a merit based reward for my work, personally I see little to merit reward there. Still, it made a bad day good.
  • Ah, how old habits die hard.
This is my first day of being officially unemployed, but I still woke up at 7AM
I actually finished up on the 31st of August, but was contracted to stay on for a few weeks to ensure the person who took my role over keeps the momentum going
So, I am at home lazing, I leave Blighty for pastures warmer on the 28th, off to celebrate someone's birthday 5,630 miles away! Party! Will be back in late October

Today will comprise of some shopping, on line and physical and also need to get some rides in before I head off, starting with a quick blast around FtD this afternoon.

    1. Don't lose concentration.

    2. Ride at the same speed as the traffic.

    3. Have a complete disregard for the Highway Code and H&S regulations.

I get such a buzz from riding through the city centre. Probably why I enjoy commuting so much. :D
  • Currently sat watching it rain, bored and wanting to ride or/and go running.

    Morning (ish)
Just sitting eating my breakfast, i've been at my desk since 06.20 this morning and only just getting time to come on here properly, its not on i tell you its just not on!

So the last race was yesterday and i can now relax and enjoy my riding once again. looking forward to getting out and playing in the mud for no other reason than i like it.

Off again wednesday and thursday in Nottingham, not sure weather or not to take my bike? i'll be staying in a premier in so i'm not even sure if you can bring the bikes indoors? then again i might just go to hooters and get plasterd?
