I ordered a new carbon frame and it turned up in a week. A mate ordered a complete Sportive Racing and it took 3 months!

I think it is generally good quality stuff, but you take a gamble on it turning up on time.

Not really a gamble if you ask them what their build queue is like for the frame you want, for instance there is currently about a 3 week wait on Gran Fondo's!

I think you will start to see other Ribble's on the road, especially this time of year. A good proportion of every club run will have a couple of Ribble winter bikes!

I've only seen one Ribble sportive bike on the road. I have the Aero TT, and only seen one other of those.

Ribble do allow you to top up over the C2W voucher value, I did. The build time for mine was 4-5 weeks, and pretty much 4 weeks to the day I had an e-mail to say it was ready. They are a nightmare to get hold of if you want to call up, but they do respond to e-mails usually within a day.

New carbon ribbles now on their site including new Blanco, Stealth and the new Sportive! Also the Nero now under 1k!!

Specs now revised. You can get a Gran Fondo for as little as £869 but the standard spec has been lowered.

Price changes are a bit odd - basic Veloce is up by about £50 but, as far as I can see, Centaur works out similar to before with tyres, seatpost, wheels upgraded to last years standard. That said, they are now speccing 2011 Centaur which is a step backward so I'm pretty happy I got in with 2010 Centaur (so, £1100 with full Centaur 2010 on C2W).

I was quoted 3 weeks - nearly half way there! BTW - not had any probs phoning them up myself so far.
    Faster than a tent.......

Called them at lunchtime today to get an approx build time for a Gran Fondo (3weeks) and they picked up after about 5 or 6 rings!

Wow that's pretty good. They often had a voicemail message saying something like "we're really busy this week, so not answering the phone. If it's really important please send an e-mail!." when I tried calling them.
