Sunglasses

I've finally realised that sunglasses for cycling isn't just for vanity purposes.
The glare of the early morning sun when rising is blinding me in the country lanes, i can't see ANYTHING coming at me....
Also, the amount of bugs that have flown in my eyes....
I don't want to spend a fortune and have been looking at the likes of the Raleigh and Muddyfox glasses from Argos for £9.99 and £14.99 respectively, but have just found these Endura Spectrum sunglasses on the Evans website for £14.99.

The reviews are good, does anybody on here have them?
They come with interchangeable lenses don't they? Is this a pain? Do you have to keep changing them depending on the amount of light? This is a major consideration for me as i ride through lanes/countryside and one minute it can be dark and the next it can be bright and blinding! :?

I've got some. I brought them ages ago when I first got into riding.
They're okay, can't really complain for £15 quid. I don't think the lenses are interchangeable though, I'm pretty sure you just get different glasses.0 -

Cheers mate, yeah you are right you can't change the lenses, i picked a pair up today from Evans, i went for the dark ones, think they are called smoke, they don't seem bad for £15.00!
I tried the Madison ones for £30.00, and there didn't really seem to be much in it....My Road Bike:-

Biffz0id,
Tried my new glasses on after my ride this morning when i got back home (due to riding at 05:30 and being black dark wasn't able to wear whilst riding) and the glasses immediately started steaming up???
OK i was hot and sweaty, but they were worse to see through being steamed up than it would be with the sun in my eyes and having no glasses!
Do yours do this?My Road Bike:-
