Indurance Event

Hi, I have been cycling for 7 months now and really enjoy it.

I would like to do some indurance cycling events, can anybody recommend anything?

I also dont mind if it involves running aswell, maybe run a marathon and then cycle 100 miles. I cant swim so Iron Man is out the question.

Any ideas would be welcome

    The London duathlon has an ultra distance event, although this years one has gone.

    BTW, its ENdurance, not INdurance 8)

    Hi, thanks for the reply, I thought about the London duathlon and thought it was a bit expensive for something that is relatively easy. Also getting to London on a Sunday morning was proving problematic for me

    Is there such thing as a 24 hour road endurance event? No teams, organising a team involes too much messing around

    my spelling is awful lol

    There are long time trials,12 hr, and some 24hr ones, no teams needed

    That sounds like exactley what I need, a Long Time Trial, could you recommend any events? I would love to do an event before Christmas

    Too late in the year now, TT season is winding up.

    audax is the way to go
    constantly reavalueating the situation and altering the perceived parameters accordingly
