Following on from the earlier thread (shimano master pin link failure) i've bought and fitted one of those KMC link doodahs.
Is it just me, or does it "feel" not as secure as the master pin link it replaces?

As long as you pull the two ends tight then these links are as strong as normal links. In fact I've had to buy a special set of pliers to undo them again.Steve C0 -
