OK, I hate that i'm thinking this.

When anodising ti the colour is usually inconsistent and washed out, green isn't that common, so don't worry!
Replace what you can with alu bolts, they'll be cheaper, save more weight than doing everything in ti, and the colour will be much better.0 -

replacing Steel bolts with Ti is not a good idea.
Ti is not as strong as Steel. Choose where you put them with care.
