Converting to hybrid

Hello
I'm currently converting my Orange Clockwork into a commuter hybrid.
All is going well, I've bought a pair of OS Profile aero bars and a new stem. I'm hoping to use Cane Creek bar-end mounted brake levers.
The problem is, the Suntour thumb shifters I was planning to use won't fit the bars, which are presumably 26mm, and I can't think of any other solution.
Does anyone make basic bar-mounted gear shifters for a 26mm bar?
