Maddux wheels on Bianchi Sempre

The new Bianchi Sempre Veloce comes with some wheels from Maddux -
I can't find much online about these wheels so does anyone know how they compare to the Fulcrum 7's

I don't know why but I've got the impression that the Maddux wheels are for the cheaper specs.
i.e the 105 and Veloce versions.
The pdf I have has the Ultegra with Fulcrums but I can't tell if they are the 5 or 7's...

Don't like the look of those Maddux wheels to be honest.
