Noise from front wheel

Hi,
Just cleaned my bike (Trek 1.2T), as it has been gathering dust in my kitchen for a while!
Have noticed that there is a slight 'squeak' coming from the front wheel.
There is nothing rubbing against the wheel as it rotates (ie. it is not the brake blocks and no mudguards fitted). Noise occurs once per wheel rotation.
Any ideas what the noise could be, I am guessing it is coming from the hub?
The thing is bike has only been ridden just over 100 miles, as purchased earlier this year, but have been riding my other bike.
Ta.

It could be the rubber seals/cones rubbing against the hub. A drop of oil shoud do the job.0
