New Mobile - Galaxy S or Desire HD?

Which one to choose, i know the HD isnt released until tomorrow, but the specs are out there.

Also, whats andriod all about? When they say open source, what does that really mean, what can 'i' change on the phone?

    Open source basically means developers of apps can do whatever they want with it - rather than having it all sanctioned by Apple.


    As far as I was aware, the desire HD is just a desire with a fancy camera.

    The Desire regarding by tech critics as the best, and on a par, though catering for different (geekier) needs, to the I phone.
