Do you need to be tall to ride a 29er?

Do you think that you need to be tall to ride a 29er?

I know some companies don't produce small frame sizes for 29ers.
What do you think? Are there any 'shorter' 29er riders out there?

What do you class as tall? I'm 5'10" and think I'd be fine if I were a few inches shorter.

I'm 5'7 and i ride a 29'er no problems.......well that is if you dont count the piss take from my 26'er riding mates :roll: ......Yes i know i look like i'm riding my dads bike enough allready :evil:

It doesn't really make a difference, but if you're abnormally tall, you look less ridiculous on one.

I wanted to get closer and measure her properly but the police said if I broke the terms of my parole again it was straight back to the pervs wing.

another 5.10" rider here. but i would go up to a 18" when i next change from a 16"
