Watched this twice now, yep, Foo Fighters were excellent, Paul Weller was fantastic and KT Tunstall is just so clever and talented, amazing performance for her 1st time on tv. Great stuff.0

I'd never seen the Melody Gardot clip before the other night. She is totally mesmerising :shock:0

Not so keen on the KT Tunstall preformance on Later, prefer this one from french TV...

Golden Moments?!? WTF, I've seen so much better on Later than that selection.
Foo Fighters - big fat meh! macho posturing and bluster and little else; no surprise they were the choice of the dreadful Jo Whiley. At the Drive In blew the balls off them.
KT Tunstall - hugely overrated averageness.
Used to be a huge Weller fanboy in his Jam days, not so much now - great performance though.
Libertines were caught at the right moment.
But best by a country mile, @16:30 mins, Melody Gardot 8)0 -
I don't like Jools Holland's implicit desire to 'keep it real'. Plus he's whiny-voiced smug d*ck who plays boring piano and has lousy taste in music. He gives middle-age a bad name.0

Oh and Billy Preston was pretty awesome as well...

+1 for Billy Preston
The keyboard interchange between Jools and Billy was absolutely brilliant.

Like the Weller clip - that first album was a real return to form at the time he was playing smallish venues like Trent Polytechnic. Some other good stuff on there too - Billy Preston is a class act.
