Evening temp somewhere between 2 degrees and 0 degrees.

And I, for one, am looking forward to it. Local trails may actually rideable soon as they begin to freeze over.

Had a great 3 hour ride in the sun here, shorts and short sleeves and not a hint of mud anywhere.

We had a glorious day yesterday, so I took the Blade for what is possibly it's last proper outing of the summer (weather and work permitting)

Two friends had brand new bikes to put some run-in miles on (CBF1000 & CBR 600 RR) so we took a little trip out.

The CBF started the day with 6 miles on the clock, the CBR 600 had 9 miles ended up with just over 230 miles a piece.



Unlike after a day out on the the Epic, my legs are fine this morning, but fark me my wrists are aching.

Strangely, quite a few people commented how short this past weekend seemed.. I think it's the shorter days that make it seem that way

Those CBF's are really heavy! Nice blade though, it's a shame that it's being tucked away!
