I was just driving down the road from El Teide (Tenerife) between Vilaflor and Granadilla and crossed paths with one of the OmegaPharma-Lotto riders. He was climbing up from Granadilla heading towards Vilaflor (18km climb) .

    In July, I met a bunch of Omega Pharma riders, including Phil Gilbert while on vacation. Their base of operations then was Bormio and the main treatment seemed to be repeated applications of Stelvio. Seems to have worked for Gilbert, too.
