    use valve extenders.....
    make sure your valves have a removable valve core, then use something like acontinental extender.

    The longest I have found are 80mm. But, the Topeak extenders are pretty good as they allow you to screw down the valve core using the extender.

    Put a bit of plumbers PTFE tape on the valve before attaching the extender then you get a decent seal.
