Really nice looking bike. I had a Coiler for a few months last winter. Superb downhill machine, definitely inspired a lot of confidence.0

I got it made at BETD (or whatever they're called these days):

I've also got one of the HT2 Crank Bolts on the XTC.0 -

Just had another look, and you're right! It'd be the XT I'd need, cheers for the heads up!
Was only thinking of the stem cap to start with, I can't see the crank bolt, so not as worried about that
Oh, and loving the Coiler too.. love black bikes, and my mate used to have a coiler (not dee-lux), great bikes to thrash about, his got abused to death!0 -

Having ridden this on Sunday morning, for the first time since we had snow at the start of the year, I found that I'd really missed it. It's one of the few bikes I own that I haven't extensively upgraded. It was pretty much awesome in it's original spec. Alex set up the suspension for me on one of my first trips out with it and I haven't needed to touch it since. Only bottomed the suspension out once, and that's due to my poor riding skills rather than anything to do with the bike's design or set up.
I've only really changed stuff as it's worn out (wheels, chainrings, chain, cassette, BB, Grips) or broken (bars, shifters). I changed the wheels when I wore out the hubs on the original ones. I still have them and the rims are still straight. Bars and shifters took a hit (into my chest and hand) at Coed Llandegla, bending the bars and smashing the shifter pod - again, my poor riding skills rather than any issue with the bike.
To date, I've ridden DH, FR, XC, Park, Enduro racing and commuted on this. It's taken everything in it's stride. Granted it's not the ideal ride for some of these disciplines and could be considered a compromise. I find it more at home at Trail Centres than any where else.
It's also quite famous, having appeared on the BBC Website:

Haha, nice work! Neither me, or my bike have any form of claim to fame, I'm rather envious! I did upload some pics to the On One site, but it seems they've overlooked my submission0 -
