Hi
I want a winter bike but would rather not buy from Ribble for reasons Id rather not pollute this thread with
However their winter trainer/audax bike really is a good price
Someone else must compete with them on value though?
But who?
Cheers

Have a look at Kinesis' other offerings such as the Racelight T2 or TK, great value ....

My own search for a winter trainer has also become quite convoluted.
I wouldnt buy a bike online - just one of those perrsonal decisions - prefer the local shop - and as mine has impeccable rep - happy to give them the business.
Couldnt have the Sora Caad8 as I dont want a triple, they not able to swap it out - so that went by the by...
They offered for slightly more more money Allez 2011 with Sora 9 speed in white/black.
This should be with me next week... so means only a few days struggling into work with out a bike.
I never seem to one of those gifted persons who revel on internet forums in gaining a bargain... but I dont care. I earns me money in order to spend it flamboyantly on new bike gear.... and the Allez with mudguards will do me for my pathetic winter training regime/club runs.0 -

Quest winter/audax bike is a nice bike for those darker months.

I bought a Kona Honky Tonk in the Wiggle sale for £600, like this one:
Very comfortable steel frame that easily takes 25c tyres with full SKS guards. Wiggle have sold out now but there should be more deals about once the 2011s are in.Alex0
