Hello
just a quick question is the stuff you see in the fluid pillows for lubing the foam rings and wiper seals the same as the stuff for the internals.
secondly is this a suitable alternative in 7.5wt? http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... delID=8399
i just want to lube the seals at the moment but will eventually like to service them completely
thanks

The stuff in the pillows is Fox Float Fluid which is a lubricant rather than damping oil.
What you're looking at is suspension oil for the damper unit - that would not be the same.
For what costs buy the proper Fox Float Fluid for lubricating and separate oil for the damper unit.0 -
ok thanks
in my current poor waiting for student loan condition i was wondering if there are any alternatives to float fluid? if not ill just buy a bottle0 -
