Cycle ride for Pakistan flood disaster

Hi,
I am doing a cycle ride for Pakistan flood disaster from Bradford(Pakistan Consulate) to London(Pakistan High Comission) on 1st of October 2010.It is going to be a three days ride so I am going to finish it on 3rd of October. The charity I have chosen to raise funds for is Islamic Relief. I have made my webpage which is http://www.justgiving.com/Mubashir-Akhtar. I also made a page on Face book which is (cycling for Pakistan flood disaster) please like it. I am asking you to help me in terms of publicity and raising awareness as well as guidance with food and nutrition.
