SRAM 5.0 Gripshift - Rear derailleur compatibility

I need to replace the rear derailleur on my old 2000 Cannondale F100 which has the above shifters. The bike has some life left in it but I was hoping to pick up a cheap or second hand rear mech on ebay as its not worth spending much on a bike of this age. Can anyone offer any advice on what low end mechs are compatible with the shifters?

It will need to be SRAM with a number in the name, the bigger the number the better the mech. (0 is better than 9).

What's your budget? You can pick up the 5.0 mech for £30.0
