Halo Reach is out 14/9/2010. I'll need to get up early and get it. I love this series of FPS's.

That'll be my life in tatters for a few weeks.

Anyone know how much it's going to cost? I can't find it anywhere. :?

Should be £39.99 ish. I expect the supermarkets will do it for just south of 35 next week.

Looks good but I've got so much unplayed stuff. Still wading through Red Dead Redemption and Limbo (if you've not played Limbo, check it out on XBLA, it's brill)

    Black Ops also looks aces.

  • The full length Halo Reach advert is certainly impressive.

That's about how much I'd expect. I haven't seen any of the publicity - I prefer to avoid it and experience it without any preconceptions.

I noticed that this'll be the last Halo by Bungie. Microsoft's taking it over from then on.

i didn't think much of that Halo OSG (or something). Love the other 3 though. Me and my brother played Halo 3 on Legendary straight through. We started a 8pm and finished at 7.30am, you just got to love the Master Chief

I haven't got a clue about these games BUT, there are artists painting massive adverts for this game on the side of the Westfield shopping centre in Shepards Bush. It appears to be being filmed as well.

Are they going to bring it out on the PC? I remember playing Halo 2 on the PC, I had to uninstall it and resume UT2004.

Bought it this morning - £37.49 at Asda.

First impressions: It's faster, a lot faster. Noble 6 is fast and the Covenant are deceptively fast.

I'll say more in a couple of weeks as i don't think I'll be posting much until I've finished it. :D

My mate bought it on Friday, he's finished it this weekend on Normal. Not done legendary yet.

I've got it too, but it's still in the wrapper in the drawer. Maybe tonight....

Heroic done solo, in roughly 8hrs pretty tough! Firefight and Multiplayer matchmaking are a lot more slick than H3/ODST!

Well into the game now. It's excellent stuff although fairly straightforward on 'normal' mode. I always seem to be on the verge of running out of ammo. I hope there's more weaponry lying about in 'heroic' and 'legendary' or I'll be stuffed.

Anyhoo, here's a Spartan flying around Trafalgar Sq with a jetpack.
