Cannondale Prophet 2 09 Bottom Bracket... Help please!

Afternoon

first post on here, so hopefully I am in the right place! Apologies if not.

I seem to have finally turned the bottom bracket on my Prophet to mush. However, I am struggling to find out what I can replace it with. Money is a little tight (no Hope External BB yet!), and I cannot replace the stock crank set which is shimano M521 so need to go with what will fit, but that will last! Heavy one me.

Tried to find out as much as I could, but for some reason the Prophet 2 isnt on the Cannondale website archive.

Any help is much much apprecaited

    I got a Gusset Trident ISIS 68x113 E-Type off internet somewhere (CRC i think) for my prophet. Seems to be ok several months of riding later.

    My Rize came with M521 cranks and an ES25 BB, which wasn't too bad. IIRC I got a few thousand miles out of it.

    I replaced it with a 68/121 ES51 £15 at the time and it has been fit-and-forget reliable. More than double the mileage of the ES25 and still going strong.
