tension on side of neck and throat.

I have tension in the side of my neck and throat all week its stopping me sleep and giving me anxiety. I do not know if this has happened by cycling or its a symptom of the anxiety. I had anxiety attacks around ten years ago so now im worried there coming back im getting myself into a state.

Has anyone had such tension from cycling?

    Couldn't say without a little more detail such as have you changed your bike recently or gone from 10 mile trips to sportivs or any very recent changes in cycling of a significant nature

    I went for my longest ever bike ride Monday. double my usual. But i'm not sure if I was suffering before that.
